Psychotherapy

When difficult issues and emotions take time and energy away from important parts of your life, psychotherapy can help you gain new perspectives toward insight and healing.

My approach is client-centered. Sessions are confidential, supportive, and based on your needs.

I believe that as we discover and explore the unknown parts of our personal psychology we open to the resources we have within us to work with hope toward our well-being in mind, body, and spirit. My clients find that this potential for change, growth, and understanding comes through our attention to events in their daily lives in a way that can bring new insight and sustainable change.

I have worked with clients on issues that include:
Anxiety | Depression | Self-esteem | Relationships | Sexual orientation | Stress | Coping Skills | Trauma | Illness | Loss | Mourning | Loneliness| Sexual Abuse | Job performance | Career change | School performance | Demands of work or family life | Peer and group social interactions | Spiritual and religious questions | Sense of well-being | Life satisfaction
